Tom Carter Sr.

President, CEO, and Chairman

Tom Carter is Chairman and CEO of Time Bank which his father and he started in 1995. Under his leadership, Time Bank has developed a strong focus on commercial banking relationships, including partnerships with private lending companies, as well as developers and investors in residential real estate. Tom has been in the banking business since 1988.

He earned a BS in Business Administration from Marquette University graduating in 1987.

He has served on various independent elementary and high school boards and is the founder of Embers Academy which opened in 1996 where he serves on the board of trustees. He also served for several years as President of the Board of the Alliance for Character In Education, an organization that oversaw two independent high schools.

He currently serves on several boards, including Northridge Prep and Willows Academy, independent single-sex junior high and high schools.

He married his wife Allison in 1988, and they have been blessed with 14 children and 13 grandchildren.
